There are plenty of fresh, tasty salads to complement the seafood such as spicy rice noodle salad with pickled vegetables, sesame soy dressing and marinated tofu.

The hot food features a prime Tasmanian roast of the day, steamed and baked Tasmanian vegetables, spicy pan seared calamari with Tasmanian bush dust and chef's locally sourced fish of the day.

There's an array of sweet treats for dessert, including pavlova, cheesecake, fresh fruit, a selection of Tasmanian cheeses and tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Breakfast features all of the usual staples including free range Tasmanian scrambled and poached eggs, hickory smoked bacon, crispy hash browns, sautéed Tasmanian mushrooms, Tasmanian chipolata sausages, cereals, freshly baked pastries and croissants, house made bircher muesli, honey and cinnamon spiced porridge, Tasmanian yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
